GTE operates a self-hosted automation system that schedules and publishes marketing content to our own official social media pages and, where authorized, to the official pages of client businesses we manage on their behalf as their technology and marketing service provider. This system:

• Publishes pre-approved, scheduled content (text, images, and videos) to connected pages
• Does not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to page visitors, followers, or commenters
• Uses platform-issued API credentials (via Meta, Microsoft, and related services) solely to publish content and read basic engagement metrics (such as likes, comments, and reach) for our own and our clients’ official pages
• Does not use any visitor or follower data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond publishing and reporting on our own content

3. How We Use Information

Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiries, deliver requested services, and share relevant updates. We may share your information with third-party vendors who help us provide our services, and with government agencies where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where GTE manages social media or software automation on behalf of a client business, we access only the specific business assets (such as Facebook Pages) that client has authorized us to manage, and we do not use that access for any purpose outside the scope of the services agreed with that client.
